Upserve Service can offer full 24 x 7 technical support for all supplied products. This is made available to all clients who take out service contracts on their units.

Upserve Service has technical staff on a callout roster which ensures that we have this support available when required to support clients.

Upserve Service has fully equipped vehicles for call outs to site, additionally, if required, we have extensive workshop facilities with all the test equipment necessary to carry out complex repairs.

For some popular units we carry loan units which can be deployed until fault restoration on the Clients UPS is completed.

We also carry a large range of spares on site in Adelaide and have excellent back up from equipment suppliers for those parts we do not have on hand.

Upserve Service’s technicians are all well trained and receive ongoing factory training as new products come on line. Additionally they have access to factory technical support from our suppliers if required.
