Upserve Service can offer full 24 x 7 technical support for all supplied products.
This comes standard with all service contracts which are carried on machines serviced by Upserve Service.
If required, servicing can be done after hours if that suits the clients operating conditions.
Servicing can be offered quarterly, half yearly and annually depending on the capacity of the unit and environment it is operating in, this is available for both UPS installations and generator sets.
Technical advice is also available for determining the servicing regime best suited to a clients infrastructure and equipment.
Upserve Service has an extensive workshop with all the necessary equipment to perform work at the workshops and this facility provides back up for our equally well equipped vehicles used for site visits.
We also carry an extensive range of spares on site in Adelaide and have excellent support and good delivery times from equipment suppliers for those parts we do not have on hand.
Upserve Service’s technicians are all well trained and receive ongoing factory training as new products come on line. Additionally they have access to factory technical support from our suppliers if required.
Our generator capability encompasses all brands with specific knowledge and experience of Cummins, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Perkins and Detroit engines.
We offer, engine protection and control systems, automatic transfer switches, load testing and analysis, automatic voltage regulators, synchronisers, remote monitoring and alarms and fuel and oil analysis as elements of our services for comprehensive maintenance of Diesel generators.
