Upserve Service can offer repairs to most units, of all capacities, which can speed up the fault restoration process for our clients and get systems back on line as soon as possible.
We have a large, comprehensively equipped repair facility at our premises in Magill. It has all the necessary equipment for diagnosing and testing UPS’s, generators, trailer mounted equipment and other associated electrical apparatus.
Additionally our equally well equipped field service units can attend site and diagnose and/or repair units at the customer’s premises, particularly larger units.
Upserve Service’s technicians are factory trained and qualified and have the ongoing technical support from UPS and generator manufacturers to assist them to resolve complex issues, if required.
If repairs cannot be completed immediately then loan units are kept and maintained at this site which enables us to offer them to clients to maintain their critical infrastructure until fault restoration has occurred.
Upserve Service also carries a large range of spares at the workshop which enables us to shorten repair times for many units.
